recently, a video was released by the militant group formerly known as ISIS (now calling themselves IS for “Islamic State”) in which they behead an American Journalist by the name of James “Jim” Foley.
Foley was taken captive in 2012 and was being held by Islamic radicals until this point.
In the video, Foley is seen kneeling beside an Islamic fighter dressed in all black. Foley then reads from what is presumably a script. In the script he says that his true killers are not the terrorists but instead — The United States.
According to Foley, his beheading is retaliation for the drone strikes that have been conducted by the United States against ISIS in recent days.
After James Foley was beheaded — the terrorist brought another American Journalist onto the camera (believed to be Steven Sotloff) and vowed that he would suffer the same fate as folly if the U.S. strikes in Iraq persisted.
On August 8, 2014 — President Obama addressed the beheading of this U.S Journalist.
After hearing the President’s address on the issue I couldn’t help but feel a sense of disgust not only for the nonchalant persona of the president — but mainly for the lack of substance in his address.
President Obama has proven himself time-and-time-again to be a “Do Nothing” president and I must say that his address regarding the death of this Journalist is nothing short of unbelievable.
Imagine calling the police and telling them that your neighbor killed your son or daughter and the police simply show up and say “He should not have done that” — and return to the police station while your neighbor continues to water his grass.
How would you feel?
Sadly, this is what the family of Jim Foley is experiencing.
In his Address, President Barack Obama made kind remarks about the Journalist but took the usual “lead from the rear” approach on the foreign issue by simply condemning the actions of ISIS without actually assuring any real consequence for their actions.
“Jim was taken from us in an act of violence that shocks the conscience of the entire world”
Said President Obama…
he continued….
“Lets be clear about ISIS[…]
They declare their ambition to commit genocide against an ancient people.
So ISIS speaks for no religion.
Their victims are overwhelmingly Muslim, and no faith teaches people to massacre innocents.”
WHAT?!
My mouth dropped to the floor when I heard the president utter these bold-faced lies on National Television.
THOUSANDS of Iraqi Christians have been killed by ISIS and tens of thousands have been forced to flee into the desert and nearby cities in order to avoid being put to death for their faith.
Although some Muslims have indeed been killed by the group — the vast majority of the victims are Christians President Obama — Not Muslims.
Not only did The President purposely minimize the extent of the Christian persecution taking place in the Middle East — he is actually attempting to defend Islam from negative publicity by saying that “ISIS speaks for no religion”.
Now although the first statement was shocking — I must say that I nearly fell out of my chair once I heard the following statement from the President.
“So ISIS speaks for no religion.
Their victims are overwhelmingly Muslim, and no faith teaches people to massacre innocents.”
How President Obama found the audacity to concoct such a blatant lie makes me question whether he is capable of being honest about anything.
Firstly, the ISIS fighters praise the God of Islam when they carry out their acts of violence by saying “Allahu Akbar” which means “God is Greater”.
In fact, in one of my earlier post — we documented that the ISIS fighters vowed that they would not stop until the flag of “Allah” is raised over the Whitehouse.
Mr. President, It doesn’t take a genius to realize who these fighters are fighting for. They are fighting for the cause of “Allah” — as any devout Muslim would do.
President Obama also stated that no faith teaches people to massacre innocents — also a blatant lie. The Qur’an openly tells Muslims to fight “Non-believers” and don’t stop until they are destroyed.
Quran 9:29
“Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture – [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.”
Again, how the President can tell such a lie to the American people is stunning.
Although I could literally go through the President’s address and pick apart virtually every lie he tells — we could be much more efficient by assuming that every word that proceeds out of his mouth is a lie (until proven truthful).
